Commissioners approve three land‑use plats and an outright exemption for Granby annexation

Community Development Director Chris Manguso presented a series of land‑use items and staff recommendations. On Alpine Park, Manguso explained the applicant wants to combine Lots 22, 43 and 44 into a new Lot 22A to allow remodeling of a 1961 cabin and installation of an on‑site wastewater treatment system (OWTS); staff recommended approval with four conditions and commissioners approved the amended final plat.
Manguso next described a 15.38‑acre parcel called Granby Ranch Meadows to be created as an outright exemption and later annexed into the Town of Granby. He said the county added a note to prohibit construction while the parcel remains unincorporated; the board approved the exemption with four conditions.
Finally, Manguso explained the Columbine Lake Country Club owns Lots 13–17 and sought to consolidate them into a single parcel to simplify improvements and operations; staff recommended approval and the board moved to adopt the amended final plat with required stipulations.
