Commissioners approve Flying Hills special-events permit for Rotary Club rodeo dates

"This event has become really important for our club," Brockway said, explaining that net proceeds support student scholarships, leadership camps and local non-profits. With no objections, a commissioner moved to approve the special-events permit for the Rotary Club of Granby for Aug. 1, Aug. 30 and Aug. 31 (5 p.m.–10 p.m.); the board approved the motion by voice vote.
