Superintendent previews alumni events and August school calendar for Fremont City schools

The superintendent reported on a Ross High School 50-year alumni reunion and highlighted key dates for families and students as the district prepares for the new school year.
"I would just like to take the opportunity to, share with you the joyous occasion that took place on Saturday, at Ross High School," the superintendent said, describing tours and alumni engagement. The superintendent invited the public to a community pep rally on Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 6 to 8 p.m. near the amphitheater at Garrison and Arch streets, a collaborative effort with Bishop Huffman Catholic School Systems and Fremont City School System.
She also listed school-specific orientation and open-house dates: 7th–8th grade open house at Fremont Middle School on Aug. 24; 6th-grade orientation on Aug. 25; elementary open houses on Aug. 26; and 9th-grade orientation on Aug. 27, followed by Ross High School open house the same evening. The superintendent said the district calendar is available on the district website and at district offices.
