Key projects include Noosh Village in Granby, where the partnership awarded $750,000 in May 2024 for infrastructure to support 104 deed‑restricted workforce units (phase 1) targeted at 80–100% area median income (AMI). St. Louis Landing in Fraser is a town‑led project for which the partnership committed $4.75 million over 15 years; that project also received Prop 123 funds ($12.9 million) to support lower‑income units targeting 30–80% AMI. The Summit at Granby received a 4% LIHTC award and partnership support of $750,000; it targets households at 30–80% AMI with modular construction and a 2026 timeline. Partnership leaders noted the pipeline could add several hundred units including future phases across the region.
"We're excited to have a new leader that will take us to the next step," the board chair said, describing the partnership's efforts to be a fiscal and technical hub for local projects. County commissioners welcomed the update and asked for periodic brief email updates on milestones so the board and public can track progress.
