The board also noted Kelly Cook and Amber Roberts were invited to Columbus to attend Gov. DeWine's state-of-the-state address.
Mrs. Whipkey reported that she and four students appeared on television March 8 to present donations from the Primary and Elementary buildings "totaling $2,419.50" to the Rainbow Connection; the board commended staff and community members for their efforts and noted Claymont had collected more than any other school.
