Mrs. Host moved to approve the contract and Ms. Campbell seconded. On the roll call vote the board recorded five "yes" votes (Mrs. Host, Ms. Campbell, Mrs. Grandison, Mr. Peters and Mrs. Wolf); the minutes state "Motion carried." The executive session earlier in the meeting was described in the minutes as being "for discussions on employment," beginning at 6:01 p.m. and ending at 7:23 p.m. The contract is noted in the minutes as taking effect Aug. 1, 2026.
