Commission Member Bill Sims moved to accept the building permit application and forward it to city council for review; Commissioner Dave Peterson seconded. The commission recorded a unanimous vote in favor and the motion passed. Developer representative Reid Troxell of Built 4 You Homes thanked the commission after the vote. The application will now proceed to the Log Cabin City Council for final consideration.
