At the Aug. 6 meeting Zoning Enforcement Officer Curt Bosco said he had processed multiple citations (attached to the minutes) and that “the light-up flashing signs were removed from a local liquor store.” He also said he met with a real-estate broker to place the sign for a previously approved warehouse.
The Chairman raised a question about a full-size 40-foot storage trailer observed at ‘Brewbury’; Curt Bosco said he was unsure of the trailer’s purpose and the commission noted it had been on the site for three to four months. The Chairman also reported that property south of Premier Subaru was purchased by Trantolo and Trantolo and that the commission expects to receive an application for 188 Benson Road.
