"A motion was made by Lance and seconded by Rounds approving the minutes of the previous meeting...the bills in the amount of $264,154.56 and salaries in the amount of $449,695.28;" the motion passed on a 7–0 roll call vote. The consent agenda also included approval of an amended Operating Agreement of the Franklin & Jefferson Counties Special Education District No. 801, the FY26 licensed personnel seniority list, final approval of revised board policies, and an amended 2025–26 public school calendar with 2026 graduation dates set for SVHS on May 21 and SVJHS on May 22.
Board members present—Dilliner, Garner, Kelly, Kirk, Lance, Packer and Rounds—voted unanimously in favor. The board did not record any dissents or abstentions on the consent items.
The approved amended operating agreement with Special Education District No. 801 and the licensed personnel seniority list will be filed with district records as part of standard administrative procedure.
