Council rejects purchase of 2013 Ford F-150 after fleet review

The discussion considered selling the three nonfunctional trucks to recoup funds and prioritizing repairs for the three operable vehicles. The motion to buy the F-150 was put forward by Will Butler and was the only motion that did not carry; Debbie Lockhart was the lone AYE while other councilmembers voted NAY.
Council did not approve a replacement purchase at this meeting and instead left open the option to sell inoperable vehicles and allocate resources to improve remaining fleet reliability.
