Approved items included: the consent agenda (minutes, bills, revenue comparison, investment and financial overview, budget amendments, donations, absence report); nominations to Mason County and Menard County Appraisal District boards; adoption of a resolution disapproving the ~765.855 acre detachment petition; approval of the Code of Conduct; updates to local policies FD and FM; approval of a governmental advisory agreement with Live Oak Public Finance, LLC; approval to recognize McCulloch County 4‑H as an extra‑curricular program for 2025–2026; approval of an adjunct faculty agreement with the McCulloch County Extension Office; and updates to the district stipend schedule (three new stipends).
