The Mason City Commission passed Resolution #26-402 on Feb. 17, authorizing Pam Beam to hire the presiding judge, early voting judge, early ballot board judge and an alternate judge for the May 2, 2026 General Election.
Mayor Pro Tem William Beaty moved to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Annette Thomas seconded; the motion passed with no opposition. The resolution designates Pam Beam as the official responsible for selecting and appointing election workers for the municipal role described in the resolution.
