The Lake Forest School District 67 Board voted unanimously to approve multi‑year renewals for two core administrative systems.
Britney, a district finance/business staff member, told the board Frontline Analytics has been used since 2013 for five‑year projections, monthly financial reports and comparative analytics. She said the district negotiated a three‑year renewal to capture cost savings while continuing to use the platform for long‑term planning.
On a separate motion, Britney explained the district's enterprise resource planning system, LINC (formerly Allio), supports budget, finance, payroll and HR. She said recent enhancements over the past five years improved operations and internal controls, leading the administration to recommend another three‑year renewal. Both renewals passed on roll‑call votes.
Board members asked few substantive questions during the motions; the votes were taken by roll call and recorded as carried. No cost figures for the renewals were provided in the meeting transcript, and the administration said the multi‑year approach yields savings.
