By approving the salary and bill totals the board authorized payments and accounting actions listed in the treasurer’s report. Vice President Packer and Secretary L. Zimbro were present for the roll call. The motion was recorded as: Yeas — Dilliner, Kelly, Kirk, Lance, Packer, Rounds; Nays — none. The vice president declared the motion carried.
The Policy Committee was scheduled to meet immediately after the Jan. 12 meeting to review 40 proposed policy revisions from one PRESS issue; the committee will bring recommendations back for final adoption in February 2026.
