Buda library begins policy review, proposes clearer residency rule for library cards

Staff said the change is intended to address upcoming subdivisions and cases where an address uses 'Buda' in the mailing line but sits outside Hays County. Linda (library staff) provided examples and emphasized that policies are distinct from procedures and are intended as a durable framework for staff to follow.
