Commissioners and neighborhood representatives discussed available options and recommended the applicant consult neighborhood representatives about approved window types before proceeding. The commission approved the replacement subject to the staff recommendation on materials and encouraged the applicant to coordinate with neighborhood representatives about acceptable historic replication.
