Burton council approves easement with Quirt Knittel for Knittel Lift Station access and facility

The recorded easement text in the packet states the landowner "does hereby GRANT, GIVE, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto the CITY OF BURTON ... an exclusive and perpetual Easement" covering a 0.232-acre tract described by survey references. The easement authorizes construction and maintenance of an access road and the lift station facility and allows the city to construct a fence around the lift station (either six feet with barbed wire or eight feet tall).
