The meeting packet includes an estimate (Job #2396) showing a subtotal and estimate total of $2,339.88 for the gate and related hardware.
Councilmember Jeff Eckhardt moved to approve hiring Southern Roots and Councilmember Nathan Kalkhake seconded; the motion passed with no recorded opposition. City staff said the gate would facilitate drilling and equipment movement for the Water Well #5 project.
