Councilmember Joe Cornell moved to send the application back to Planning & Zoning; Councilmember John Gray seconded the motion. The motion passed with AYE votes from Josephine Prophet, Joe Cornell, John Gray, Debbie Lockhart and Charlie Shutt; Will Butler voted NAY.
The minutes record the referral action but do not include the substance of the applicant’s variance request or a timeline for the Planning & Zoning re-evaluation.
