Council members questioned the dollar amounts after a packaging caption error; city staff and the vendor representative clarified the contract price as $534,006.43 with a 10% contingency (about $53,400).
Council member Dodgerow praised the contractor’s prior Main Street work and moved to award the contract; the motion carried by voice vote.
