Trustees discuss reduced parks funding, Main Street and catch-basin stencil from DED

Trustees discussed whether Rec Department staff should take on grounds care; Trustee James Ramus said, "we need to have a chat with the supervisor about the Rec Department taking care of the grounds."
Storm sewers and catch-basin painting were raised as part of streets and beautification work. Trustee Ramus said the DED will supply a stencil for painting catch basins. No final reallocation decisions were recorded at the workshop; these items will be finalized in the tentative budget and during follow-up with department supervisors.
