The Caddo Mills City Council conditionally approved the Prairie Oak preliminary plat on Dec. 10. City Engineer Eddy Daniels presented the plat as 128.233 acres with 520 residential lots and nine HOA lots.
City Manager Matt McMahan corrected the record, saying that the Amenity Center and the Wastewater Treatment Plant are part of the Prairie Oak development and not Ranchwood. Council Member Justin Poppelreiter moved to approve the conditional acceptance with that correction; Council Member Cody Hawkins seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The transcript does not include development phasing or financing details for the infrastructure elements noted.
