Council ratifies wastewater and temporary construction easements for ORR sanitary sewer project

City Attorney Susan Thomas said staff had negotiated acquisition of wastewater and temporary construction easements necessary for the ORR Sanitary Sewer Utility Project and that affected property owners had agreed to the conveyances. Council Member Cody Hawkins moved to approve the resolution ratifying the easement acquisition and Council Member Justin Poppelreiter seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The minutes do not include dollar figures for easement purchases or a construction schedule; staff follow-up and recording of conveyances are routine next steps for the project to proceed.
