Council conditionally accepts Trailstone Phase 7 and approves Trailstone Phase 8, Fox Landing 1A final plat

Mayor Chris Davies opened three separate public hearings on subdivision plats and closed each after no members of the public came forward. The Council conditionally accepted the Trailstone Phase 7 final plat (54.483 acres; 211 single-family lots, four common areas) and accepted the Trailstone Phase 8 ordinance allowing the amenity center to proceed. Building Official Josh Kinnick described Fox Landing 1A (4.459 acres; 12 single-family lots, two common areas), and Council accepted that final plat as well.
All three items were approved by unanimous motions; the minutes show the hearings were brief with no opposition recorded. The approvals are conditional or pending the usual final staff reviews as noted in the minutes.
