Council approves amended Planned Development for Pit Stop after executive-session briefing

Mayor Pro Tem John Verity moved to approve the amended Planned Development ordinance for the Pit Stop and Council Member Cody Hawkins seconded; the council voted unanimously to approve the amendment, which corrected Phase 1 lot counts (148 to 150), added 120 Phase 2 RV lots and moved some commercial and event-area uses to Phase 2.
