Williamstown approves community appropriations; grants Billtown Moonshiners five-year tax exemption

Jimmy Hebert, president of the Billtown Moonshiners, thanked volunteers and described revenue sources: “the $3000 from VAST, along with TMA sales and 75% funding comes from fundraising goes towards the upkeep of the trails.” A paper ballot produced a 45 YES to 27 NO result, and the exemption was approved.
