Planners increase Emerald Ash Borer line, note more than 5,000 ROW trees

Turner said he would consult with Road Foreman Dave Wilder about how to proceed and identify grant specifics; commissioners agreed the item required follow-up and budget confirmation at the Oct. meeting.
