The commission also agreed to reduce the Town Plan Consultant line to zero on the assumption the town plan will be complete by 2026.
Commissioners decided to table final approval and to mail a copy of the discussed draft to Jasmin and Rama ahead of the Oct. 9 meeting so members can finalize and confirm the budget then.
