Horace Duke referenced new guidance from the Secretary of State about public/open meeting requirements, saying that "The video or audio has to be available for 30 days."
Susan Lyons said she spoke with the Town Manager and the town can provide audio recordings of meetings. Rama Schneider suggested consulting the town attorney to confirm whether the commission is treated as a 'public body' under the guidance.
