Canyon ISD delegates limited contractual authority to superintendent under TEC for 2024–25

The motion, presented by CFO Lela Vela, clarifies the narrow scope of the superintendent’s authority for the year and references the applicable Texas Education Code sections. The motion passed unanimously.
