At its Sept. 24 meeting the Cameron Planning and Zoning Commission recorded three formal actions: a recommendation to approve a special-use permit and 10-foot front-yard variance for an attached carport at 1605 North Cleveland Avenue (motion passed 2–1); a recommendation to approve a special-use permit for a HUD-code manufactured home at 1009 North Madison Avenue (motion passed unanimously); and approval of the Aug. 27, 2024 minutes (motion passed with one abstention by Commissioner Lindsey Culpepper).
Chair Kyle Nuttall opened and closed the hearings as noted in the minutes; the meeting adjourned at 12:14 p.m. The minutes show Code Enforcement Officer Ricky McCall clarified a prior confusion on the carport item and Jason Dohnalik of EBCO presented the carport sketch.
