Council appoints Neal Bahtka to EDC, Lindsey Culpepper to Planning and Zoning

Council Member Kyle Deal moved to appoint Culpepper; Council Member Jeremy Vaculin seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The appointments were made during the Sept. 16 council meeting and require no additional action by the council unless a vacancy or conflict arises.
