Caddo Mills council ratifies PID reimbursement agreement, updates grant application and postpones right-of-way item

The Caddo Mills City Council voted unanimously to approve two consent-agenda items and to postpone a third during its Dec. 17, 2024 special meeting. Item A ratified an amendment to the PID Reimbursement Agreement between Fieldside Development, LLC (Caddo Mills Crossing) and the City of Caddo Mills. Item C amended the city's FY 2025 SB 224 Catalytic Converter Grant Program application to name a new program director. Item B — a proposed right-of-way dedication deed to expand portions of CR 2626 and CR 2617 adjoining city airport property to approximately thirty-five (35) feet — was postponed to a future meeting at the council’s request.
