The Caddo Mills City Council voted unanimously to approve two consent-agenda items and to postpone a third during its Dec. 17, 2024 special meeting. Mayor Pro Tem John Verity moved to approve Items A and C and to postpone Item B; Council Member Justin Poppelreiter seconded the motion and the minutes record the vote as unanimous.
Item A ratified an amendment to the PID Reimbursement Agreement between Fieldside Development, LLC (Caddo Mills Crossing) and the City of Caddo Mills. Item C amended the city's FY 2025 SB 224 Catalytic Converter Grant Program application to name a new program director. Item B — a proposed right-of-way dedication deed to expand portions of CR 2626 and CR 2617 adjoining city airport property to approximately thirty-five (35) feet — was postponed to a future meeting at the council’s request. No public comment or additional staff presentation was recorded on these items in the minutes.
