Canyon approves rezoning of 1801 3rd Ave to MF-2 on 3–2 vote after resident opposition

During the public hearing resident Jay Mudge spoke in opposition to the rezoning. After discussion the commission adopted the ordinance by a 3–2 vote; Commissioners Paul Lyons and Danny Potter voted against the adoption. (The meeting minutes record the motion as adopting "Ordinance No. 1205" in one line; the ordinance introduced and described by staff is Ordinance No. 1250.)
