District updates three high‑school construction "packs," Pack 1 athletics set for summer start; Pack 2 to bid soon

"The pack 1 is obviously the high school athletics package," Evan said, describing coordination with the design team and estimators and noting that schematic design is nondetailed until development phases provide cost and constructability refinements. Board members asked whether there were surprises; Evan said no and that the team is working through clarifications in the SD.
