Board member Larry Scott reviewed kennel standards in Section 5.4 of the zoning regulations and noted the application will be evaluated against those criteria.
At 5:15 p.m., board member Emmy Hausman moved to close the public hearing and move into private deliberation; Bobbie Jewett seconded the motion and the minutes record the motion as carrying unanimously.
