Council tables employee handbook for further review

A motion was made to table the agenda item so staff and the attendees could have more time to finalize details; the council voted to table the handbook for later consideration.
Clerk recorded the motion to table and the council voted 'Aye' to postpone action. City staff will return the handbook to the council at the special meeting with additional clarifications and any proposed edits.
