Arcola council approves final FY2023–24 budget with $5.27 million in revenue

Clerk (speaker 1) recorded the motion to approve (mover recorded as Council Member Abar; seconder recorded as Mayor Pro Tem Tim Sanko) and the council voted in favor. The budget documents show a final surplus of $668,544 for FY24; the council did not change the numbers at the meeting and directed staff to implement the adopted figures.
