A motion by Jaelyn Scanlan, seconded by Richard Heath, to approve the agenda "as written" was "voted on and carried." Later, Carrie Rupert moved and Richard Heath seconded approval of the May 28, 2026 meeting minutes; that motion was likewise "voted on and carried." The minutes do not record roll-call tallies.
The committee recorded no changes to the agenda sequence or removals of items. Members set the next regular meeting for Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Law Enforcement Center (LEC). Vice Chair Tracy Ondik declared the meeting adjourned at 11:20 a.m.
