Town manager updates residents: meter installs, NOAA hires, post office progress

Town Manager provided an update on several projects that are part of the FY27 implementation plan. On postal services, the manager said the postmaster reported PO boxes are being installed (special-ordered) and that a full-service ATM will be on site in June at the old bank building on Factory Street. These items will return to commissioners as needed for any required approvals or RFP scopes.
