Board approves a string of personnel moves, including long-term art hire and coaching appointment

The board appointed Joyce Neal as a long-term 7–12 art teacher effective Oct. 31, 2024, for approximately four to six weeks, and accepted the resignation of 7–12 math teacher Will Suber effective Oct. 11, 2024. It approved a leave of absence for teacher assistant Andrea Shaw effective approximately March 21 through June 27, 2025. The board appointed Lindsey Cross as JV volleyball coach for the 2024–25 season. Several substitute teachers were appointed (Nicole Jacobs, Jordan Mayne, Molly Schreyer, Lisa Tifft, Rebecca Wisenburn), Ernest Moot Jr. was appointed substitute bus driver, and Barbara Guinto was appointed as substitute teacher and substitute nurse; the minutes note the Barbara Guinto appointment was recorded with an abstention by Kristin Guinto due to a conflict of interest.
