Stratford authorizes $300 contract with Adirondack Park review board
Summary
On Jan. 9 the Stratford Town Board authorized Supervisor Richard Fogarty to sign a $300 contract with the Adirondack Park Local Government Review Board for 2025; the motion passed 5–0.
On a motion by Councilmember Lorraine Rumrill, seconded by Councilmember Scott Seeley, the Stratford Town Board authorized Supervisor Richard Fogarty to sign a contract with the Adirondack Park Local Government Review Board for $300 for the year 2025. The resolution language states, "BE IT RESOLVED that Supervisor Richard Fogarty is to sign the contract between the town of Stratford and the Adirondack Park Local Government Review Board for the amount of $300 for the 2025 year."
The vote was recorded as Ayes 5: Fogarty, Vedder, Ploss, Seeley and Rumrill; Nay 0; no absences were recorded. The resolution was adopted Jan. 9, 2025.
