The board accepted the minutes of the Oct. 10 regular meeting and two public hearings (Oct. 24 and Nov. 7) on a motion by Lorraine Rumrill, seconded by Scott Seeley; the vote was 4–0 with John Ploss absent. On the motion of Lorraine Rumrill and second by Todd Vedder the board adopted Audit of Claims Resolution #45-2024, authorizing payment on Abstract #11: General Fund checks #170–#183 totaling $16,896.76; Prepaid #89–#101 totaling $989.57; and Highway checks #138–#152 totaling $33,763.43 (combined total $51,649.76). The motion carried 4–0 (Ploss absent).
Separately, on a motion by Lorraine Rumrill and second by Scott Seeley the board authorized Supervisor Fogarty to enter into a contract with Fulton County for grant-writing services; that motion also carried 4–0 with one member absent. Supervisor Fogarty presented financial documents including the NBT Bank statement book and reported a third-quarter sales tax check of $101,475.45, an increase of $988.54 over last year’s third quarter.
