Michael Krenesky moved and Kyle Brennan seconded the appointment of Lauren A. Fennell as Temporary Clerk; a single ballot was cast and the body recorded all ayes. Erin Schwarz moved and Sheryl Feducia seconded the appointment of Gerard Smith as Moderator for the meeting; that appointment was also approved by a single ballot with all ayes. Temporary Clerk Lauren A. Fennell then read the published meeting call, which the body accepted by a recorded show-of-hands vote (13 ayes, 1 abstention, 0 opposed).
The meeting adopted "Show of Hands" as the method of voting after a motion by Sheryl Feducia, seconded by Jack Betkoski; at the time that motion passed with 12 ayes and 1 abstention. The minutes record additional attendees arriving during the session and show the meeting adjourned at 6:36 P.M.
