The Stratford Town Board voted Sept. 12 to give Supervisor Richard Fogarty permission to enter into a contract with Standard Insulation Company for $33,627.04 to install an Ideal 199 five-zone furnace and perform insulation work in the town hall's attic, walls and floors.
