Dr. Margaret Clauson reported she attended the Village of Skokie Joint Review Board annual meeting and said the Science and Tech Park TIF "is slated to end in 2028. This means that the EAV will return to District 69 starting with the 2029 Tax Year Bills, ultimately impacting the FY30 Budget." The board discussed facility usage agreements and interim arrangements with District 68 for Early Childhood space while NTDSE builds a new facility next year.
