The board approved the permit with seven conditions: comply with state, county and local requirements; fire department inspections; hours of operation (24/7); adequate lighting and parking; proper disposal of waste oil; obtain all required permits and licenses; and the permit will expire if Arneson Well Drilling vacates the premises. The decision was unanimous on roll call.
