The request aims to give the board and administration a single reference document to guide capital planning and scheduling.
Grens said the sample plan was shared with board members for awareness; the deliverable is intended to help the district prioritize projects and align them with budgeting timelines. The board did not take immediate formal action on the plan request during the Jan. 16 meeting, and staff indicated the draft calendar of meetings for 2025-26 will include dates for review and approval of larger planning items.
