Commissioners directed staff to return with a site plan that precisely depicts specific spaces, to clarify section 4 language that explains whether similar businesses could reach the same agreement, and to consider whether seven more off-street spots can be added. The fee for the permitting arrangement was discussed as the proposed annual amount of $850; commissioners asked staff to bring an updated plan, including ADA-designated spaces, to the next meeting.
