Wallace said he met with the Arizona Department of Transportation and that ADOT will remove the existing crosswalk and install a new hawk overhead red-light signal at Clark and 90 to improve pedestrian safety — a direct response to the public comments. "...the crosswalk by Circle K and the danger it poses since the lights are not visible," the minutes record as a resident concern.
